Order Processing Time
All items are custom-made to order.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin creating your custom embroidered item. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Production time may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to high order volume. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
After your order is completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Threads & Tails Embroidery is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Threads & Tails Embroidery is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
